1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services provided by Aesthetics@home. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We specialize in mobile aesthetics, offering a variety of services, including but not limited to: 

• Anti-Wrinkle Injections
• Skin Boosters
• Microneedling
• Dermal Fillers 
• Vitamin Injections
• Fat dissolving Injections

 3. Booking and Payment

• Scheduling: Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or email. Please provide accurate details and any specific service requests at the time of booking.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, cash. A deposit may be required for certain services, which is non-refundable. 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit. 
• Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments once without incurring a fee. Any further changes may be subject to a fee. 

5. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions prior to the service.

 6. Health and Safety

 We adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff. - If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for a communicable illness (e.g., COVID-19), we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

 7. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you release Aesthetics@home, its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the service provided. You acknowledge that results may vary and that no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes. 

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
